Luis Omar Pérez has been battling Stage 4 metastatic neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer since 2024. The cancer has affected his pancreas, liver, and spleen.
For the past two years, he has received care at MD Anderson Cancer Center, undergoing targeted radiation, oral targeted therapy, chemotherapy, and additional procedures.

His most recent scans show continued tumor growth despite treatment. Luis and his family are now pursuing immunotherapy treatment at Oasis of Hope in Tijuana, Mexico.
